EX Sports

The project needed more than a marketing site. It required on-chain assets, marketplace flows, and a frontend that could connect wallets reliably.

Players and collectors needed one ecosystem for games, rewards, streaming, and tradable digital assets.

EX Sports sits at the hard intersection of gaming product experience and blockchain infrastructure. Users expect wallets, NFT assets, marketplace trading, rewards, and streaming to feel like one ecosystem. Most Web3 projects fail because those pieces are shipped as separate crypto features instead of a coherent product. The central challenge was making on chain systems usable without sacrificing security or turning the experience into wallet gymnastics.

Technically the portfolio was deep: ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, marketplace flows, wallet connection, rewards, and asset storage all had to work together. Commercially the experience still had to make sense to players and collectors who care about games and ownership more than contract jargon. EX Sports needed a Web3 gaming platform that was production ready on chain and understandable on the surface.

We designed the product around user journeys first: connect wallet, interact with game assets, trade in the marketplace, earn rewards, and manage digital ownership without leaving the ecosystem. Smart contract scope and frontend flows were planned together so blockchain logic never drifted away from the actual player experience.

We built smart contracts, wallet integration, NFT marketplace features, React frontend blockchain UX, and Node.js APIs with AWS S3 for digital asset storage. Web3.js connected contracts, rewards, and marketplace actions into one operating stack. EX Sports launched as a blockchain gaming ecosystem with tradable assets and wallet connected journeys that feel like a product, not a demo.
