Premium Watch Ecommerce & CRM
Secret Factory operates a premium watch ecommerce platform with a custom CRM for orders, inventory, customers, and discounts. The storefront connects high end product merchandising with operational admin workflows. With analytics and inventory sync, Secret Factory brings brand presentation and back office control together.
Scope of project
The brand needed a high-end ecommerce storefront that matched premium product positioning while still supporting serious back-office operations.
Orders, customers, inventory, and promotions could not live in disconnected tools if the business wanted clean reporting and faster fulfillment.
Secret Factory had two jobs that often conflict in ecommerce. The storefront had to feel premium enough for high end watches, and the back office had to be rigorous enough for inventory, customers, discounts, and order operations. A beautiful theme with weak CRM workflows would create stock errors and promotion chaos. A powerful admin with a weak storefront would fail the brand.
The challenge was connecting merchandising and operations into one product. Orders, inventory, customers, and discounts needed a single source of truth. If Laravel APIs, the Next.js storefront, and the admin dashboard stayed loosely coupled, the team would keep fixing commercial problems manually after every sale.
We approached Secret Factory as ecommerce plus CRM, not storefront only. Discovery covered product presentation, checkout expectations, inventory ownership, discount rules, customer records, and the analytics the team needed to run the business. That shaped a clean boundary between customer facing shopping and operational control.
We built the complete Next.js frontend and admin dashboard, then integrated Laravel APIs for orders, inventory, customers, and discounts. Catalog health, promotions, order handling, and sales analytics now live in one admin experience tied to the live storefront. Secret Factory can present like a premium watch brand and operate like a real commerce business at the same time.
Secret Factory now has a premium watch ecommerce experience backed by a CRM that can actually run the business. Orders, inventory, customers, discounts, and analytics live in one operating model tied to the live storefront. The brand can sell with a high end presence and manage fulfillment, promotions, and performance without jumping between disconnected tools.

The storefront looks premium, but the real win is how cleanly orders and inventory now run behind the scenes.
